I have been working at Norwex full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

The culture of this company is exactly what so many others are striving for: genuinely encouraging. Upper level management is accessible, and career paths are open for discussion. I was hired from the outside, but training and promoting from within really does happen.

Cons

After 60 days, I still haven't experienced a con.

    I worked at Norwex full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    A bunch of perks such as company BBQs, fun holiday excursions to places like Six Flags and Medieval Times as well as catered lunches and steep discounts on Norwex products. A lot of training and education on the job. Flexible scheduling. Consultant calls usually that not bad either. Care Center leadership looks for specific talents to develop for internal projects, sometimes leading to positions in other departments.

    Cons

    Having to stop projects often to answer consultant calls due to inconsistent staffing. Minimal, often incorrect communication from other departments, effecting call volume and leaving Consultant Care Reps in the dark.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the Consultant Care Center well staffed, demand better communication from other departments.

    Pros

    Earth friendly. Several perks(freebies) given to employees

    Cons

    Startup mentality. They were afraid to move forward to accommodate for the growing company. Not enough employees and sometimes whole departments were missing.
