Pros

iPro treats everyone who works there like family. Company cookouts, and understanding managers toward personal emergancies, make working for them easy. The work is intense but the atmosphere is relaxed and rewarding. Many bonus

Cons

The intensity of the travel and work can cause burn out in individuals. Some work is repetative. The benefits of insurance and vacation are lacking.

Advice to Management

Better benefits and greater compensation based off the job level rather than the pay for the area would help retain employees.

I have been working at Novarad full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company environment is good and there are great people here at Novarad.
Although their policies are somewhat conservative the company is a sound strong company that is privately held and well managed.

    Cons

The benefits are good but not as great as some other larger companies offer. They are working on them though and trying to improve.

    Advice to Management

Please keep on moving forward in your plans to make the company great both from an employees standpoint and for the customers.

I worked at Novarad full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Co-workers were great to work with and be around. Everyone talks about the Novapoints. They are nice to have to purchase goodies on Amazon. They're random so you don't know how many you are going to get every quarter. Somewhat flexible with your schedule. Good life and work balance. Good matching on HSA and retirement.

    Cons

They are losing their top support techs and many of their higher techs are looking to leave or are on they're way out. This would be due to low pay rates. Techs were challenged to find higher paying jobs if they thought they could. It would seem techs are finding higher paying jobs. MUCH higher paying jobs. Support tech 2s will max out at around 48k. Support tech 3s are usually in the 50s. Other companies in the area, their support tech 2s start in the 60k range. There are some rare exceptions. More focused on image instead of making the employees happy. Happy employees make them want to make sure you have a good image. Best pay raise you can expect to see is a 3%. Morale was pretty low when I left. I hear they are raising the referral bonus a lot higher than when I was hired.

    Advice to Management

You should be in crisis mode and trying to retain support people, not letting them walk out the door. Your reputation for how little you pay your support techs is getting around. Should have support teams dedicated to one product instead of having techs support 10 different products. Put your employees first for once.
