    Pros

Benefits: Plenty of PTO, a VERY nice 401K matching policy, HSA, tuition reimbursement. They've been better in recent years about promoting from within. Stability in the industry and company.

    Cons

Pay not as competitive as similar role at competition, or in other industries. "Older" company (both in personnel, and more business-conservative), so it seems a bit stuffy. Can be political at certain levels. There is a "flex-time" and "telecommute" policy in place, but management tastes can be a restraint making the policy moot.

    Advice to Management

Jeans Fridays and don't be afraid of employees enjoying a drink at company/business unit functions.
