CEO is a toxic leader and no one will do anything about it Lack of transparency and disorganized from the top down C-level who will never think critically or look outside of their own old approach. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and they are not realizing the fact that all the strong people have left, are leaving or were pushed out. 4 Leaders left without having another job lined up, that tells you want you need to know

Regarding the comments about our CEO, we want to be clear: we do not tolerate toxic leadership at Novisto. As the leader of the organization, our CEO has high expectations and challenges the team to do their best work. This drive comes from a place of commitment for the mission, our customers, and our people. He is well-intentioned, kind, and actively committed to growing as a leader while ensuring that employees are supported in their own growth. The Novisto of today, following recent leadership changes, is marked by alignment, collaboration, and unity within the executive team and beyond. Our leaders are working closely with our CEO toward shared success, while acknowledging that no organization is perfect and that improvement is always possible. Not any I can think of, while our team is spread across different time zones, we maintain seamless collaboration. The only real challenge is finding the right window to connect with colleagues across the pond
