        Novisync always focuses on niche technologies and areas that have low supply in the IT industry. This provides fast growth for ambitious people and plenty of opportunities

        Continuous learning and it just doesn’t end.

          There are no pros, this place is awful.

          Cons

          Require more than 10 years experience for a junior developer position so they can underpay you. They don't treat you fairly. Management is incompetent.

        Hey all, so my wife has an initial interview at a major gaming company sometime this week. It'll be her first interview for a large tech company like this. She is perfectly qualified for the role, its actually almost as if they created it just for her. The role would also have us relocating from the US to UK, so that is something that we are keeping in mind as well.         I have been invited to a first interview for a digital designer role. I haven't had an interview in about 9 years! (currently 27yrs) I am a bit nervous obviously! They described the interview below we’ll dive into your background, chat about [company name], and do some rapid-fire skill ratings. What is meant by rapid-fire skill ratings? asking me to rate numerically my skills in various software? or something else?
