      Benefits/ WFH but not much else.

      Cons

      Bad management, low pay, too much work. Very sub-par training. Sink or swim type of company.

      You make your own schedule pretty much. Continued education. Flexibility. Great benefits. Great leadership. Great mentorship.

      Cons

      The pay isn't as much as I would like but being remote does help with expenses.
