Beware of assuming that levers of past success are those of the future, they likely are not.
Move with agilely to stay in step with customers' evolution in terms of how they want to do business versus holding on to what worked in the pas but which is passing away.
Use advantages of smaller scale to compete more innovatively and agilely with larger competitors.
Continue to work towards better favoring quality over quanitity in strategic and tactical execution and excellence across the organization
