Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Company holiday party and gifts.

Cons

Ask yourself, "Does this company really care about people and their health or the money they are making off of the disease?" Join the company if you must, but stay away from this dept. High call volume, call metrics must be met, calls monitored monthly and rated, very stressful and horrible working environment. People interview (myself included), but you will never get out. It seems other depts. within the company look down upon us, or we are simply sabotaged from leaving.

Advice to Management

Years spent with the company should not merit promotions. Managers and directors are severely lacking in their management and people skills.

    Pros

Great benefits. The company treats it's employees to a lot of extra items that most other pharmaceutical companies would never offer. It's work life balance is good. The benefits are hard to beat, specifically time off and 401k matching.

    Cons

Depending on which department you work in, Senior management may not be leading the group the way which would make sense to others, and does not take time to explain those changes. This is not true for all departments.

    Advice to Management

The executive team could spend more time looking at department performance levels and how things are managed within each department.
