Good career start - Apprentice Ntegra Employee Review

Brilliant and professional team, it was a pleasure working here, and it always helps when the people are just... good people.

Nepotism to some degree, never hindered me or the company, but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth.

After nearly eight years with Ntegra, I've seen all the ups and the downs. Things became a little flakey a while back, but the new management team have turned the business around and built a fantastic start-up-like culture with continuous improvement at its heart. We're acquiring new logos and building our competencies, and anyone with a "can-do" attitude will thrive.

My only problem is the commute to our new central Swindon headquarters. In reality, It should take 35 minutes to drive in, but during "rush hour" it can take up to an hour and a half. Thankfully, I can work from home when schedules and client commitments permit.
