Pros

When I joined the company, I went through Glassdoor reviews and saw some reviews that said "Company is unstable, can fire you anytime". I thought it may be happening with people who don't perform well, but after working for 2 years in here, I saw two entire divisions of 80 and 100 people each got closed. and everyone right from Director to Associate level got fired. Hence please don't ignore the reviews on Glassdoor. Initially while joining, you will see salary hike as a big Pro, but the HR and Management make fool of you by not giving any hike in upcoming 2 years.

Cons

Entire division gets closed and you get fired. Employees' appraisals were due in June, and company decides to close entire division in May itself, so everyone worked on same salary for 2 years without getting any hike. Very unstable Company. Very bad infrastructure, Unhygienic food made available, dirty washrooms (smellier than public urinals), costly transport options. No decision making power at Indian Management. People from US Canada don't trust employees from Indian counterparts.

Pros

The company offers excellent training and a thorough onboarding process, helping new hires feel well-prepared and confident. The small, close-knit teams foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where you never feel lost in the crowd. Employees take pride in the innovative technology and software being developed, which is recognized as impactful within the industry. (Note: The company was acquired by Microsoft to bring potential for future growth.)

Cons

While the company excels in many areas, there’s limited upward mobility, especially in certain career paths, which can be frustrating for those seeking advancement. Additionally, feedback from employees often feels like it’s not taken seriously, which can lead to disengagement when trying to influence change or improve processes.
