Former Contractor - Contractor in Melbourne, FL
    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Nuance for less than a year

    Pros

Easy to get hired (just hard to stay longer than 2 months)

    Cons

They hire contractors to avoid paying benefits and severance. The company very rarely converts contractors to full time employees and they have layoffs every three months. Leadership is catty and delusional. They assume the worst in people and don't allow them to share the real story. If you aren't one of the favorites your work life will be awful - even if you have talent.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together. If not, Karma will catch you.
