    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Starting salaries are decent if you aren't a bought out company.
Speech Recognition is an interesting field to be in.

    Cons

There is little to no communication from Senior Management down to other managers. There is no organization within the company, all acquired companies have no idea of how Nuance does things. Raises are few and far between and are usually 3% at most. The internal IT policy is a joke and company equipment is ancient. Benefits are not very good.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees as resources, not liabilities. Embrace technology instead of fearing it.
