Pros

Good place to work for freshers. Will get to explore multiple technology.

Cons

Pathetic and confusing salary structure. Too many deductions. An employee with 2.5 lpa will get only 14.5k monthly in hand. Worst management, for them we are not employees instead we are donkeys. No senior member such as Manager , Team lead and Business analyst are available in team. Employees with 2-3 years experience are the senior most member available who have to interact with clients, manage projects and manage team. Common these employees are still on their learning phase. Requirement and deadline keeps changing on the fly. Lack of leaves.No leaves for Christmas, Eid and other government holidays Task management is very poor, where u have to agree for client's unrealistic deadline and make work like donkey instead of taking stand. No flexible time, no benefits available even if u work overtime or u work overnight. Even if u work overnight ur not allowed to go early next day, they will consider it as early going or half day. Even though you work on non working days for 6 hours you will get special leave of half day instead of full day. This is very much pathetic. Company expect us to think abt them bt will not think about their employees. U wont get smooth release even after u serve ur notice period, they have 2/3 months notice n can extend to further 2/3 month if they want. Common you think that the other company will wait for this 4-6 months to join. How silly is this?. No replacement are hired even if any employee like manager, Team lead, business analyst or software engineer resigns instead they assign the work to existing employees and pressurize them. Requesting a release after resignation is the toughest job. Its like an employee can be awarded with an oscar award for the one who get released from the company. Even if the whole team works hard they give good rating to only few members as they feel like only 1-2 member should receive good rating even though whole team have performed well, where they mention it is as per rule. The guy with no idea how team have worked hard will give the rating. After multiple request for replacement, employee will end up hearing to search for their replacement on their own. If we do hiring for our own replacement then why the hell there is a recruitment team and HR team in this company. You will be deployed at client side right from the middle of the development inspite of dependency, affecting the project flow and increase the work of the team. They claim to clients as they are having a good capability and good amount of team to do these projects. But internally the employees know there are no such management techniques available and proper resources to manage these things. With Inadequate requirement gathering, No proper clarity in using the technologies, No proper clarity in integrating these technologies, No proper approach and at the end developer will be under great confuse what needs to be developed. To give simple example, Client's requirement is to develop a "Space Chandrayaan" and the end product will be "Diwali Rocket".

Worst company I have ever worked for. Nucsoft operates entirely on favoritism—talent, hard work, and honesty have no value here. If you are not involved in buttering seniors, there is absolutely no future in this organization. The work culture is toxic, demotivating, and mentally exhausting. Management has no vision, no structure, and no understanding of how an IT company should be run. Leadership is completely incompetent, which clearly reflects in poor employee morale, dissatisfaction, and lack of growth. Employees are constantly micromanaged and mentally tortured—even basic things like taking breakfast or going for lunch are questioned and criticized. There is no respect for personal space or basic work-life boundaries. The company hires freshers by showing false promises and low packages, then forces them to sign bonds. After joining, freshers are harassed, overburdened, and mentally pressured. If anyone tries to leave before completing the bond, they are threatened and asked to pay huge amounts, often running into lakhs.

Cons

Hard-working employees are consistently ignored, while unqualified favorites are promoted. The owner and management lack basic leadership skills and a genuine understanding of the IT industry. This company is a complete waste of time for anyone serious about their career. There is also a serious lack of safety and ethics for female employees. Due to the close internal alignment between management and the IT department, female staff are subjected to inappropriate monitoring, including checking personal emails, reading WhatsApp messages if logged in on office systems, and randomly blocking contacts. Complaints raised to senior leadership are ignored and dismissed. Office phones are deliberately provided, and even personal leave is misused to track employee location. Despite having female-led support teams, HR and other departments function only to please management rather than protect employees. This is based on my personal experience.
