      Pros

      Een organisatie wat naar je als werknemer kijkt maar ook als mens. Flexibel, open en meedenkend. Investeert in haar mensen (je moet het zelf wel doen uiteraard) Directeur kan je altijd bij binnenlopen.

      Cons

      Semi overheid dus er moeten wel veel regeltjes en wetten worden nageleefd en geïmplementeerd waardoor je in je werk soms meer met processen bezig bent dan met verbeteringen maar Nuffic probeert hier wel zo pragmatisch als mogelijk mee om te gaan

      Pros

      Work environment, great people! Work style is focus on individuals because they trust their people. A lot of flexibility and opportunities to meet people and travel.

      Cons

      Inestability due to the outsourced contract and inexistente salary raises. The staff were reduced but doubled or tripled tasks and duties with the same salary.

      Pros

      Good environment that fosters growth and development. Everyone seems to know and get along with everyone.

      Cons

      It seems the employees have a lot of ideas and strive for innovation, growth and positive change. However, it is difficult to convince the build to make sustainable changes.
