Pros
Crazy chaos allowed a lot of learning. Able to learn a lot of different aspects of the business. company had a strong vision for what it wanted. in the end, it was successful with the sale.
Cons
Chaos has its negatives. intel and st cultural merging was not done properly at all. very different aspects of working style and culture created some clashes and misunderstanding.
Company that is trying to find its way. There are opportunities to make a real difference here.
Benefits and compensation are quite good compared to industry norms.
Cons
Executive staff is struggling to come up with a vision. Infighting between the Intel and ST cultures leads to delayed decisions and revisited decisions.
