Very talented, driven, and team-oriented. + A CEO committed to growth and genuinely interested in hearing feedback from her team; same goes for all of leadership. + Great growth of services and clients over the past few years, with a strategic vision for the future. + A research and data-driven approach, which is crucial in today's marketplace to deliver client results. Not sure where some of the previous reviews are coming from re: delivering results; there is ample, ample data to support growth for OBI's clients. Some barriers exist but are often client/organization-driven.

Cons

Agency life is not for everyone, and that seems very evident from the other reviews (which seem clearly written by a few people who couldn't keep pace with the workflow). Along with the variety of work and fast pace, you'll experience quick deadlines, clients that will ask for more or want to go a different way than you'd recommend, and other challenges. That being said, it's a great place to do some really interesting work, and the more value that you add, the more you'll be recognized for your contribution.
