    Pros

Fun environment to work in with lots of opportunities to work in different departments.
Salary structure quite reasonable and overall compensation good

    Cons

Not many positions to apply for or much room for growth as the company is fairly low on resources, and if you work at the main office, many days it is fairly quiet since there are many 'work-at-home' contractors.

    Advice to Management

Allocate more resources towards your employees and as well technology to improve the analysis that is much needed in order for the company to be more efficient

    Recommends

    Pros

Good benefits, Unique industry, good work life balance, vacation, company does a lot for people of ontario and local communities, not too much pressure at job, status symbol among friends and family

    Cons

Negligible salary growth, Rare chance for advancement opportunity at corporate office as most of the people stick to their position for retirement benefits unless you are in a team where there are lots of females and they go on Mat Leave, no additional perks of being an OLG employee outside, politically influenced. Young people If you are a kind of person who wants to learn new things in your career and add new skills to your profile, you might not be able to get enough chance as work is very repetitive and less movement. On the other side its good for people who are in their later stages of life.

    Advice to Management

Consider EES results seriously and defend employees from government and some of those newspaper columnist who write anything and you start pleasing them.
