Pros
Very friendly and helpful people, mostly.
Cons
Still stuck in the 90's when it comes to software development. Attempts to get up to speed with current thinking (version controlling releases - making use of Git branching, agile, continuous integration/delivery, etc) are happening slowly. But this also means that management regularly go back and forth on decisions at random (eg lets do this in Azure, then Google Cloud, then AWS etc) Some staff allowed to work from home when they want, whereas others are denied the opportunity to work from home.
