- I was lucky with my team and their general work ethic, but everyone had good boundaries and constantly had each other's back - Location is beautiful (LA office), it was cool to come into the office once we could and the perks of being in the office were a nice incentive to come in - Again, solely from my experience, but everyone was transparent and there were constant check-ins regarding our experience at OMD and on the team - Management was really eager to make sure the entry-level team members have all of the tools they need - CEO seemed engaged
Cons
- The educational aspect of OMD was not all it seemed to be when I joined (maybe this is also my fault though) - My team went through a lot of changes and transformations, which was difficult to maneuver especially as a newbie - Other than that, my cons are more specific to my team and wouldn't be helpful to others
