    Pros

    interesting work on government programs. they support active contracts for the DoD. The company does well given the dispersed nature of the individual employees.

    Cons

    Do not easily get that team feeling across the company due to the nature of the work. People are dispersed across the base.

    Advice to Management

    Try to have at least one get together a quarter. Include a report on company goals and progress towards them.
