I worked at Ocwen Financial full-time

    Pros

The company is a true harbinger of chaos. Dealing with it can challenge the best 'Change management' experts money can buy.
Recent changes in management shows promise that an archaic outlook towards people management may be changing
Select departments have exceedingly handsome incentive plans which are truly jaw dropping

    Cons

A resolute distrust of the Management and HR - Employees do not trust that decisions will be taken in their best interest..
Frontline employees widely believe that data is not as legitimate as meets the eye.
Tremendous amount of stress on frontline employees and hardly any, repeat any rewards or recognition to ensure star performers are retained (apart from a highly select number of departments paid an obscene amount of incentives). A large majority of the population does not see a equal share of the pie.
Limited efforts to retain promising employees resulting in an extremely high rate of attrition.
Highly questionable job security with employees very aware that they may be asked to leave at any time.. Top performers are not immune to this situation..
Incentive plans tend to leave frontline employees earning more than Senior Managers

    Advice to Management

Look around you.. Talk to the employees.. Learn to Manage..
