They are innovative, fairly open to good ideas, back then they were still pretty new and it was fun to watch them grow.
Cons
Never work for someone you’re dating. No matter what they say to reassure you that not only will you be able to keep it a complete secret by having to lie daily to avoid anyone finding out that we are violating Company policy, then when things don’t go great in the relationship, they will make up an excuse to plan to fire you. This was a long time ago, and it was not offer pads fault. It was my ex-boyfriend/direct supervisor’s fault. The thing was, with my background I really was perfect for the position and he knew it. He wanted to strengthen his department and I understood that. I probably would have thrived in the position if it weren’t for him. Oh well. Everyone else was lovely!!!!
