    Pros

While working at my store they had very flexible scheduling. There are multiple occasions where you don't have to interact with the public so you can focus on your simple job tasks.

    Cons

As a retail job you will have to deal with all the customer issues commonly found in other retail stores. Additionally depending on how well staffed the store is you can find yourself doing a lot of different jobs at once ranging from cashier, assisting with printing, stocking, to helping customers.

    Pros

    - Flexible Schedule - Okay as a first time job but don’t make it your home - Depending on which location you can have some pretty cool co-workers.

    Cons

Pay - For the amount of you do the pay is horrendous Training - The company provides no training whatsoever. The only “training” you will get is your manager reading a book out loud to you about the company expectations. The rest you will learn from computer modules. You receive hardly any shadowing and you are just put on the floor without properly knowing how to handle customer interactions or how to perform certain services for customers. Oh did i mention that you will be trained in all departments rather than the ones you applied for? Low-Staff - The company struggles to maintain employees through their low pay rate and the amount of pressure they put on the employees.
