Pros

From my experience, almost no pros that I can list. Maybe the experience of knowing which fluids are correct for the vehicle but only because I did my research.

Cons

These guys are not mechanics. I wouldn't trust my car to the manager I worked for. 11th generation Corollas with cvt transmission and these guys were putting in basic Chevron synthetic ATF(automatic transmission fluid) into those continuously variable transmissions. Smelled pretty fishy to me. I saved some customers with cvt transmissions from putting in cheap knockoff fluid or wrong spec ATF fluid through my own knowledge of cars. There's alot more misinformation within the company but it'd take me hours to explain what was going on. Just a small example

Pros

Great atmosphere, Great culture/Teammates, franchise ttl automotive management of company is great and promising

Cons

Be prepared to always be short staffed and always work at least 45 hours and sometimes be expected to work 53 to even 60 hours in a week if it’s that short staffed and pretty much never get consecutive days off

Pros

The work is pretty easy, as long as you can memorize presentations for additives and services its pretty easy and doesnt take too much work. Service writers do the majority of the work under the hood

Cons

A lot of social interaction.
