Flexible work schedules and work from home options are available for most positions.
Cons
The current director is engaged and amazing, however the director is usually replaced whenever a new governor is elected and you never know what you're going to get. Also, the pay is not bad, but certainly not competitive to the market. The qualified employees work for less because they want to help Oklahoma's most vulnerable citizens.

You are going to work constantly

You make a lot of money as you get paid for every hour worked.
Cons
You are responsible for children's lives and you are expected to act like it. Be ready to give up all your free time. Your supervisor will call you at all hours of the day and night and expect you to answer. They have unrealistic expectations all around and poor management is not held accountable for what they do to their workers.
