Pros
Meet great people, develop leadership skills, and learn about responsibility. I grew in so many aspects and appreciate everything I learned from this experience.
Cons
None. I cannot think of any downsides to working for this yacht club. I would recommend this company to anyone who is passionate about sailing.

I completed a final interview for a company about two weeks ago. I received a call back from the recruiter and the hiring manager wanted to know if I would get bored with the work load. I told the recruiter that I wouldn’t and was told that I would hear back soon. Is this good??

Project Coordinator

What is going on with this new practice. You apply for a job get confirmation for it etc. And then you get e message directly from the company that you just applied for and they are like if you would like to apply for this position follow this link?! This keeps happening how does it make any kind of sense?

Leasing Manager

I recently received a Job offer. I accepted it verbally in order for them to send me the official offer letter.It does match everything they described to me (based on salary, sign on bonus, & relocation assistance.) However the question I have is should i attempt to negotiate for a higher base salary? When speaking to my parents about it they told me that the time for negotiation is over as I accepted the offer as it stands and they sent it to me.
