          Pros

          *Dynamic work period!!! They even provide $500 bucks towards setting up your home office as a full-timers. Received as stipend of 1k as an intern to do something similar. *Im remote, but whenever I'm near an office I go in for the free snacks, drinks, and meals. The general ambiance/perks of the office is amazing and everyone is super duper friendly! *The pay is legit competitive plus you get stock ESP among a plethora of other benefits!! *Unlimited PTO and wellness days... leadership actually encourages using this!! Like if dynamic work wasn't great enough.... *Donation matching of up to $500 a year to any org thats approved... yo u can get your place of interest on the list... plus 4 days of PTO volunteer days... yes & yes * Everyone is super chill and there are no egos from my experience regardless of job title.

          Cons

          *There are some kinks still being worked out (career development etc) that a larger organization may have already worked out due to length of time around... but I'm sure Okta will eventually get there in these areas.

        What are people’s thoughts on those personality and logic tests some companies made you do as part of the hiring process? I frankly don’t like them. I understand if the test is for people who more technical but for roles leaning more creative or ideas based - I don’t understand how patterns I’m forced to review in a short time tells them I’m worth it to get the Hiring manager round. One asked me 50 ques in 15 min. And they never tell how you did on the tests
