I worked at Old Navy part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good discount
    Little to no dress code

    Cons

Short shifts, not many hours weekly (no option for full time unless management)
Outside hires into management are a mistake
Weak leadership (which is their model right now)
No way to escalate issues (if you do use their anonymous tip line, the market leader will just call the store manager to see if it's under control)

    Advice to Management

Get it together. LISTEN to your employees. Stop devaluing the brand with continual, ever-lasting sales, promotions and coupons! Promote INTERNALLY.
