I have been working at Old Navy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Its incredibly easy, upper management has completely idiot-proofed the entire operation so the work is never hard. If you work on the shipment team you usually get more hours than regular store associates

    Cons

It is almost impossible to just get 20 hours a week, shifts are often times less than 4 hours . Also the scheduling is never consistent, some days ill go in at 3am other times 6pm. Also if you going to expect
