I have been working at Old Navy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, Casual dress code, fun overall work environment, understanding management about personal life, clearly defined duties and fun events, very good about giving employees breaks during their shifts

    Cons

at times mind numbing work that is often times very, very repetitive, hours are iffy and some weeks you will get a lot and some weeks you will get none. Not very understanding about taking sick days. Not a lot of room to advance and the training is poor

    Advice to Management

provide better training and offer more opportunities for advancement

    Cons
