Pros

Discount applies to regular,sale,and clearance. They do pay more than average.

Cons

Credit cards. Need I say more?

Advice to Management

Stop focusing on credit cards and focus on giving customers what they want. Also retain good associates and get rid of the bad ones......

    - AMAZING DISCOUNT.

    - High expectations for new staff
    - Not very much training for seasonal staff (especially if you're complete new to the workforce)
