I worked at Old Navy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun working environment, decent pay for retail, very flexible about time off

    Cons

Catty lower management, infrequent training, slow to pick up on new technologies, poor products, few meaningful opportunities to advance.

    Advice to Management

At the stores I worked at, departmental leads and other low-level management was frequently catty and picked favorites. More product training would give staff more confidence in the products Old Navy sells. Increase the presence of loss prevention in stores.
