Pros

Good working atmosphere, very laid back. Its not hard work and is perfect if you are in school

They work you hard when it is supposed to be a busy weekend or holiday season. It is very grueling work if it is very busy. Breaks are hardly kept on time and sometimes managers give employees attitude

Advice to Management

Have a neutral attitude towards coworkers

Don't put so much pressure for getting people to open accounts and listen to your employees when they seem unhappy.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Flexible schedule- Request offs were usually granted
Friendly co-workers- Made some great friends
Merchandise Discount- Already low prices and received a discount on top of that

    Cons

No room for growth- Was there for 2 1/2 years and took forever to grow into new positions
Managers favored certain employees- Employees were not treated equally, some got more hours than others, weren't required to do the same tasks, etc all based on your relationship with the managers
No raises- Barely ever saw a pay increase, much lower than other retailers
Hours- Corporate monitored the amount of hours worked each week, management would cut hours everyday even if you were previously scheduled for a shift

    Advice to Management

    Promote from within
    Train management
    Respect sales employees
