    Pros

    Benefits are extensive and also include constant contests and raffles that lead to cash prizes. Culture and inclusion are top-notch.

    Cons

    Old Navy is a tough place to get used to. The sales floor changes pretty much daily, the customer loyalty expectations are a little too high, and the Product Ops position has too many responsibilities for being a lower pay grade than all the other managers.

    Pros

    Great benefits - medical dental etc. Salary is good and appropriate Bonus is good

    Cons

    Out of touch with reality - extremely high expectations which is fine however leadership is a group of problem spotters and not problem solvers. Payroll has been cut to offset expenses such as supply chain issues; Brand/Corporate goals are only the "starting point" so if you meet the brand goals, you are not meeting expectations, you are just doing your job. You must exceed brand goals by 150% or more to be considered meeting expectations. This may be a regional expectation. There are 4 regions in my territory and there are 3 territories in North America/Canada.
