Great culture:
1) Re-charge days lead to many extended week-ends (e.g., we get 4 days for July 4th weekend), during which no work is expected
2) Entire company-wide off-site in Florida was a blast
3) Happy hours, team dinners at Michelin star restaurants, picnics in central park with your start class (new hires only) ... fun & great for networking
4) Feedback is given honestly and is often extremely helpful
Project experience
1) Quantitative/qualitative projects, healthcare, transportation, etc... great diversity in roles, although sometimes you need to aggressively network to get what you want
2) Great exit opportunities - e.g., many of our private capital consultants have gone to PE firms
Cons
I genuinely spend over 20% of my time managing IT issues. It's embarrassing because the IT guys constantly tout "new systems" and migrations etc., but our current systems fail miserably and constantly without adequate help (beyond "did you try re-starting your computer" and "you're just going to have to wait for that to load").

Great people, very interesting work (Dubai)
Cons
Very slow promotion for some in Dubai. Very few female leaders. Bad work life balance (but not necessarily worse than other consultancies in dubai)
