    Good Experience
    Friendly Environment
Relaxed enough to work comfortably, but professional enough to be proud to put on a resume.

Pay is lower than what one would expect for being a private institution.
Some upper management can be a pain to deal with.

    Reasonable teaching load
    Reasonable research requirements
    High quality faculty
    Good management
Average salary for size and type of school
    Good students

    Advice to Management

Absence of tenure is a disincentive to prospective faculty. Most other comparable schools have tenure.
