I worked at OmniAmerican full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Nice people, beautiful office spaces, meaningful work and project load.

    Cons

HIGH turnover, low diversity especially in upper management. Politics are rampant and it's important to ask for the salary you want up front since raises are small and promotions far and few between. Everyone is pretty friendly, but beware, long-term managers won't think twice about kicking the rungs out beneath them once they're promoted. It's sad, really.

    Advice to Management

Take another look at your mission and values statement and CREATE a culture statement that includes an appreciation for diversity in the workplace...and MEAN IT.
