No opinion of CEO

Pros

there is a lot to learn about medications, and how they work. some jealous co-workers at the wilson nc office

Cons

management let their personal feeling for people overshadow the work the person does.no order of operation, and no structure

Advice to Management

advance a person for what they do as far as their work ethics, not whether or not you like them.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

pay rate, benefits, lots of locations

    Cons

next to no feedback, lack of consistency, awful turn over rate, promotions are given for time put in and competency is NOT considered

    Advice to Management

This job had more potential than any other job that I've ever had but middle management is so incompetent and unqualified that it makes it next to impossible to actually do your job well. People will kill themselves to get their job done well and the next day are met with disapproval and complaints about how it wasn't enough.
