      Pros

      They offer an extensive RBT training program that will provide you with your 40-hour certificate required to take the RBT exam! Competitive pay with RBTs starting out at $23/hour. Room for growth within the company Good opportunity for supervisees obtaining hours towards their BCBA.

      High energy environment, requires a lot of moving Requires a lot of patience and understanding working with children with autism.
