Pros
On Target has such a fun yet relaxed atmosphere, it’s both professional while everyone is approachable as well. There is a great amount of growth within the company, as supervisors truly see what every individual has to offer! It’s amazing to feel valued and that is how an employee should feel. Everyone works as a team and I recommend this company to anyone :)
Cons
Driving to in home sessions can be difficult especially due to gas prices. However, management is flexible and is understanding if you are not comfortable going to an in home, and they take into consideration where you live, how far from the center, client proximity to one another, etc. to minimize drive time which is super helpful. They also pay therapists a driving wage!
