Pros

the guys and girls you get to take care of. its a rewarding job if its something you like to do. if not, dont bother- it will get difficult at times

Cons

the hours a long (2-12), hard to get time of, you can be mandated to stay at work even if shift is over. they dont recognize having a degree to give more money, so sometimes the pay does not compensate for the work
