Pros

Growing too fast, managers are over their head and drowning fast!

Cons

Lack of advancement, hours of operation

Advice to Management

Go outside for hiring middle management.

    I worked at OnTrac full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Free snacks/soda, game room, newer facility. Some good people work there (managers questionable). You set up to believe you made the right decision...

    Cons

    Horrible Call center management . Lots of walking on egg shells, if they don't like you... They'd rather cut you. No investment into employee development. Too much turnover (30% or more in customer service)

    Advice to Management

    Admit your mistakes and work with your talent. You do not need to manage with fear. Other management is oblivious to what's going on in the call center. They have video cameras all over the call center floor... What's that tell you about trust...
