      Lots of money to be made here if you’re smart. Warm leads, intuitive sales process, license paid for. Great job right out of college

      Easy to get a job there because they don't know enough to know how to give an Indepth interview.

      Cons

      low pay people are non-professionals More work gossip and pettiness low effort to do any real work, There is a lot of planning meetings with no action behind it so waste of time The title "Best place to work" not sure how that ever happened, and mention of their DEI initiatives are fake all smoking mirrors
