I worked at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great franchise with excellent processes in place. Ability to earn an above average to excellent income. Lots of opportunities to sell products that homeowners need and the products sell themselves. Great guarantees and warranties for the clients.

    Cons

It’s a franchise so management support and their ability to install what you sell quickly can vary. High end pricing so you have to be able to build lots of value and rapport with clients. Can be and often is long hours in peak seasons

    Advice to Management

Stick to the One Hour system. Constantly hire and train crews so you are prepared to grow

I worked at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great bunch of people to work with. Opportunity to increase earnings selling memberships. The owner is a really nice guy.

    Cons

It IS customer service and as such, the call center takes a beating when things don't go as planned. Management doesn't provide enough support to their CCR's. Some issues go way beyond what the Call Center can handle and getting someone higher up the chain to help you can be impossible.

    Advice to Management

You say that the Call Center is the most important position in the company. Provide them with the support and encouragement they need to get the job done. Pay attention to who is actually doing the work on a daily basis not just when there are competitions.
