I have been working at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Support, open conversation with management for improvements, good space for learning, tool lease program

    Cons

More geared towards replacement than repair, office/dispatch over booking without understanding repairs, lack of technical training, does not always seem to stick to “customer first” mentality

    Advice to Management

Listen to service and instal when asking for changes/ technical training, carry the conversation into action

I worked at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great bunch of people to work with. Opportunity to increase earnings selling memberships. The owner is a really nice guy.

    Cons

It IS customer service and as such, the call center takes a beating when things don't go as planned. Management doesn't provide enough support to their CCR's. Some issues go way beyond what the Call Center can handle and getting someone higher up the chain to help you can be impossible.

    Advice to Management

You say that the Call Center is the most important position in the company. Provide them with the support and encouragement they need to get the job done. Pay attention to who is actually doing the work on a daily basis not just when there are competitions.
