Pros

We used to have a phenomenal leadership team that was kind and transparent and which cared about it's employees. However, this is no longer the case as the entire ELT has changed in the past year. Any good reviews here from before 2021 no longer hold true. There are a few good managers left at One Inc, but they will likely not stay for long.

Cons

There is no real work-life balance here. Employees are no longer trusted or cared for as before, and not much effort is given towards keeping employees connected or engaged with the future of the company. The global team is divided and communication inter-departmentally is a challenge. Management has become micromanaging and disrespectful to employees. In this market, there is no reason to put up with these issues and I instead advise looking elsewhere.

I'm really sorry that you feel that the company is less focused on employees than prior. Our intent is to be daily focused on employees and their welfare. Nearly all employees feel that we are, given surveys, but I recognize that this is not universal. While we believe in work life balance, high growth can cause imbalances. We need to know where they are so that they can be addressed. We have been very open about the company future, and will endeavor to be more so. I appreciate any feedback that we have in an area that needs work. Thank you.

Pros

Management has been beyond supportive in my time with the company. I feel heard and have seen my feedback be taken and used to make improvements for our team. They encourage a good work/life balance and constantly look for additional ways to support the employees.

Cons

I have been very blessed and do not have any cons to share from my time with One Inc.

Pros

A few team members are supportive, though this is not consistent across the organization. Exposure to industry tools and workflows may be useful for those early in their careers. Some flexibility exists, but it varies significantly depending on team and management.

Cons

Leadership lacks clear direction and consistency, leading to frequent confusion and constantly shifting priorities. High turnover creates ongoing instability and increases the burden on remaining employees. Workloads are often unrealistic, with limited support and poor resource planning. There is a noticeable lack of proper tools and systems, making even routine tasks more difficult than necessary. Training and onboarding are minimal, leaving employees to figure things out on their own. Communication between teams is fragmented, resulting in inefficiencies and duplicated efforts. Feedback and performance management are inconsistent, making it difficult to grow or succeed.
