I have been working at OneNeck full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-Benefits: Provided by parent company TDS Telecom. Healthcare, retirement, and vacation benefits are good.
-Newly appointed CEO is likely a good choice for a better future.

    Cons

-Promotions to management and director level positions have often been filled due to attrition rather than fit/function.
-There are still disparate cultures within the company.
-The work-life balance ideal that is preached by the parent company is not upheld throughout all departments and/or employment levels within OneNeck.
-Career advancement opportunities are very limited within some departments.

    Advice to Management

-Change needs to come swiftly and fairly-change before you have to. It has been painful to see the lingering effects of multiple company cultures continue to affect corporate performance.
-Continue to hire leadership persons from outside that will appropriately drive the intended culture, values, and goals of the organization.
