No opinion of CEO

Pros

-Very Flexible work schedules
-Colleagues are nice to work with
-It "seems" like things are getting better
-Promote from within
-Absolute freedom to learn and grow

Cons

-Benefits are sub-prime
-Lack of 401k match
-Certain employees are favored, sense of nepotism with Executive/Management teams
-Little to no recognition for employees, except for senior employees
-Pay is below scale, again senior employees and management are making more than most of the actual skilled employees.
-No casual dress. (Doesn't make sense when there is nobody to impress)
-Talent seems to be leaving in drones.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing (from a growth perspective), but take careful a look into how happy / satisfied your employees really are!!

    Recommends
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Company is attempting to enter the world of ERP Outsourcing to compete with Big 5 Consulting Firms

    Cons

    Poor work-life balance
Sr. Mgmt treats non-management personnel as expendable. They show no loyalty to the employees but expect you to put company interest before anything else.

    Advice to Management

Relax...recognize your employees for what they are, valuable assets. Learn to trust them and allow them to grow professionally. Yes, they may leave the company some day, but the odds are more likley that you gain the level of loyalty you are trying to attain.
