Great product and people, but management lacks experience - Anonymous Oneflow (Sweden) Employee Review

A high-caliber product, a collaborative team environment supported by engaging corporate events, and robust options for remote work. Fun atmosphere in overall.

Management is often out of touch, making strange decisions that don't seem to be based on actual facts or data. Communication is sometimes poor between management and staff, and the sudden, unannounced pay cuts really caught everyone off guard and hurt morale. The hiring process feels inconsistent, as people are sometimes hired for reasons other than their skills or experience. On top of that, there isn’t much opportunities to grow or learn new things, leaving many people feeling stuck in their roles.

I've enjoyed my time at Inflow, the company culture was very strong. It feels like everyone was on the same boat aiming towards the same direction. Strong values and help between team members.

Not much to say, perhaps more long term visibility would have been appreciated even though we often had team meeting to discuss how we were performing versus our targets.
