- I have never experienced a company that provides so much energy toward the growth of their talent on a daily basis
- The culture is phenomenal
- I enjoy showing up for work day in and day out
- Growing fast with a pave your way mentality, opportunity is right in front of you
Cons
- Hardly any, a small company means not every single process is well oiled, but that leaves room for your own optimizations, still a plus to me

Pros
To start, culture is super special - lots of reviews are outdated as it's come very far from a few years ago when it was more of a "start up" feel (I've been around for it all!). New hires consistently rave about the culture unprompted, as it is a supportive, noncompetitive space with tons of room for growth. I've been at a large corporate company and it's night and day. The company recognizes and rewards strong talent, and often promotes without employees having to ask. Lastly, the work is enjoyable (tons of recognizable, huge brand names from fashion to entertainment) and the opposite of mundane - really the best of both worlds because no day is the same, however it's very structured so there's a lot of stability and work life balance. Great place to be heard, grow your career, and learn a wealth of knowledge about social media + marketing.
Cons
Smaller-mid size company so don't expect a massive corporation. However, offices exist in NY, LA, the UK and Italy -- so large enough!
